Meeting held on Friday 8th October 2002 - reported by Mike Lamont

Present : Lars Jensen, Joerg Wenninger, Mike Lamont, Rhodri Jones, Jens Andersson.

Quick meeting to discuss measurements to be performed during MD at end of October with LHC type beam.

Jens confirmed that he is writing all acquisitions to fixed format files for post-run analysis. All data will be kept in this instance.

Serguei has produced a new version of the display program with a strip-line plot of the BP readings.

To be tried/measured during MD:

Reproducibility on flat top from cycle to cycle
Stability on flat top
Long term stability
Comparison with MOPOS data. Possible attepting to get a handle on absolute precision by comparison with interpolation of MOPOS readings.
Relative precision, 1 turn, 255 turns
Push up acquisition rate to 50 Hz max, slow down.. look at transmission jitter etc.
See-saw bump along flat bottom.
