Concerning the implementation, we are building a new hardware module MTG card
for the LHC. The module will be able to run up to 16 event tables concurrently.
They can be started stopped or continued and loaded and unloaded. They can
not be altered while they are running, so to change a table
you need to stop it running, unload it, modify it, reload it and start it running
again. The API that I sent you will be implemented as a FESA class that you
call from your application.
