Use case: Operational scenarios

For the moment to allow access we document Use Cases in text format to allow web access

The main operational modes are show in the state transition diagram for the nominal operational sequence. We have to:

1. Use Case these main modes to establish the overall sequence and

2. Use Case the individual system to get details pertaining.

3. Use Case exceptional circumstances
